This was a rather schizophrenic book: R. Sean and I had very different visions of how the ethereal realms should work in In Nomine, and the editor didn't do much to reconcile them (or choose one paradigm over another). Thus, we effectively each wrote two halves of a book that didn't fit neatly together. I won't say it was bad, but I feel this was one of the less successful books in the line.
